Successful investment or relocation to any country requires a thorough analysis of potential risks, threats and vulnerabilities and this is where we intervene to assess the relationships between the various players, make recommendations, assist with the project roll-out and provide medium to long-term advice and protection for business assets and investments.

We also undertake assessments and evaluations of current security measures and in place to ensure the following:-

• Physical security measures are adequate and current
• Technical security measures are adequate and current
• Cameras and CCTV’s are strategically placed
• Data collected from cameras, cctv and access points are properly collected and stored
• Policies and procedures are in place and relevant
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are in place
• Health and Safety requirements are in place
• That the client is getting what he is paying for
• The client is getting value for money
